2. National Scale Evaluation
         You will be evaluated in the areas of:

  • Blood count/general chemistry
  • Aerobic capacity/muscular endurance
  • Current diet/nutritional status
  • Body composition (body fat percentage/ratio, ideal body weight, caloric requirements based on activity level, basal metabolism)
  • Health-risk stress rating
 
  3. Your Customized Wellness Plan
          Your plan will include:
  • One-on-one review to discuss and suggest the guidelines of your plan
  • Personalized regimen for exercise, diet, and/or stress management
  • Rejuvenating and delicious recipes
  • Fast track menus
4. Four Follow-up Phone Consultations
          
We will discuss:
 
  • Progress updates and counseling
  • Adjustments to the plan
  5. Trip to the Grocery Store

          I will accompany you to the supermarket to:
  • Help you select healthy foods that will adhere to the guidelines of your plan
  • Decipher food labels and navigate the complex maze of choices
  • Answer your questions pertaining to the foods that will help, not hinder, your health-oriented goals
6. Pantry Make-over

  • We will reorganize and restock your pantry to reflect your new lifestyle

  This plan will be yours, with professional recommendations and advice that will encompass dieting, exercise, lifestyle adjustments, stress management techniques, menu ideas, recipes, tips for eating on the run, and more! We will find out what you're doing that may be harming your health and strategize ways to create good health with a plan that works for you and fits with your lifestyle.
For local clients, I am available for a one-on-one consultation, supermarket trip, and the pantry make-over. Special arrangements can be made for long distance, online clients so they do not have to miss out on the advantages of those parts of the process.
I do not diagnose or prescribe.  My research and study allows me to educate, recommend and suggest from the best and most reliable doctors and sources.
